• All orders received and accepted by Mirchi Pepper will be delivered within 90 minutes from the time of acceptance
• Mirchi Pepper will not be responsible for delay in delivery of products due to unforeseen circumstances and natural calamities
• Accepted orders can't be cancelled for whatsoever reason and no refund will be made against such orders
• Products once delivered against orders can't be returned or replaced for whatsoever reason
• In case of wrong items delivered against orders placed by customers Mirchi Pepper will provide replacement complimentary

Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the customer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 15 minutes and give you the option to exchange or cancel the order based on your convenience.
